I'M LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO WORK FOR JUST A FEW HOURS A WEEK ON A SHORT-TERM BASIS. CAN YOU DO THIS?
Yes I can. I find that this is the most effective way for me.
I KNOW I NEED TO ADDRESS THE WAYS IN WHICH I CREATE MY SALES OPPORTUNITIES BUT COST IS CURRENTLY AN ISSUE. HOW DO YOU CHARGE FOR YOUR SERVICE?
I either charge an hourly fee or we can talk about commission only based on results. Alternatively we can look at a combination of the two. We negotiate so that we both gain. We all need to be highly motivated by renumeration in order to sell. Mutual gain has to be paramount.
Working in partnership with you means just that. I adapt to what is likely to benefit both of us. If one of us gains and the other doesn't, there is no partnership. Nothing is set in stone. We continue to review so that we both win.
DO YOU OUTSOURCE ANY OF THE WORK?
Currently no. All the calls are made by me. As demand increases however I may be looking to employ someone with a similar work ethic as myself.
IS THERE A MINIMUM DURATION PERIOD?
You are not entering into a contract duration period. We (you and I) mutually set and agree our own terms and sign an agreement to that effect. If we are both in agreement we start by setting up an initial trial. The fee for this is £40.00. And we take things from there. It's quite simple really - if there is no gain for you, there is no gain for me. And vice-versa.
DO YOU WORK WITH ALL BUSINESS SECTORS?
No, not always. Success is dependent upon many factors. Of crucial importance is our foundation - that being our sense of mutual rapport, engagement and connection. If this is missing then it's unlikely that our work together will succeed.
Some products/services are more suited than others to a telephone approach. It's about thinking how and what you are looking to gain, what's likely to work and essentially keeping a realistic head on. Whilst we both know that magical solutions are non-existent it can be difficult to acknowledge this with regard to your own business - emotions get in the way.
If I don't think I am best suited to help I will say. This may be before or following the set-up and initial trial. It's all about mutual gain. Our first step is to talk. We can then explore options, ideas and possibilities.

I take responsibility for compliance and have the necessary procedures in place to comply with both the Telephone Preference Service and the Corporate Telephone Preference Service.
WHAT IS THE SET UP COST AND AM I TIED INTO A CONTRACT?
The set up fee and initial trial is a mere £40.00. We agree and sign our terms of agreements before, and, if appropriate following the trial. This initial trial is very important for both of us. My feedback enables us to think about what works and what doesn't, discuss how we might take things forward and the ways we could work together to maximise mutual benefit.
You are not tied to a duration period or similar. Either of us can opt out. It's quite straightforward. If you're earning, I'm earning. Win Win.
